We are seeking highly motivated and talented Referendare (m/w/d) to join our Financial Supervision and Regulatory practice at our Frankfurt office, starting in December 2026.
As a Referendar, you will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers to provide advice to banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and trading platforms on the latest regulatory developments in Germany and Europe.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Reviewing new business models
- Advising international clients on market entry in Germany (including Brexit-related advice)
- Establishing credit institutions and handling permit procedures
- M&A transactions related to banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and trading venues
- Assisting with internal investigations, compliance, and anti-money laundering regulations
