Description
The Sales Trainee role is a training position at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing skills in various areas, including training, business acumen, daily preparation, in-route support, and off-route support.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Obtain all necessary tools to execute daily plans
- Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License
- DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years old
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
