Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company in Houston, Texas. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop your sales and business acumen skills
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
- Obtain all necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans
- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
