Description
The Sales Trainee role is a training position at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will learn the basics of the company, build and protect the Red Bull brand, establish relationships with customers, and increase sales. Upon successful completion of the training program, you will be eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers
- Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan
- Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
- Train with Account Sales Managers
- Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed
- Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising
Requirements:
- Valid US Driver's License
- DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years old
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
