Description
We are seeking a motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Trainee. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and learning the basics of our business.
Responsibilities
- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge
- Business Acumen: Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including our brand and products
- Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and communicate with Account Sales Managers on daily priorities
- In Route Support: Support Account Sales Managers on their routes, meet daily KPIs, and focus on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
- Off Route Support: Assist with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales
Requirements
- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
- At least 21 years of age
- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
- English; additional languages an advantage
