We're building our first Deal Desk presence in APAC and seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to join our Go to Market team. As the first hire in this role, you will be the commercial subject matter expert for our APAC go-to-market teams across Australia, Japan, Korea, and the wider region.

Deal Strategy

  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) at every deal stage on structure, pricing, and negotiation
  • Build scenario-based pricing models and use product telemetry to connect customer usage to price and value
  • Act as the expert on Harvey's move to consumption-based pricing and help AEs explain it to customers
  • Handle redlines and non-standard requests with Legal, Finance, and Product
  • Build and maintain field-facing playbooks covering pricing and deal best practices
  • Deliver enablement to the APAC field on pricing and deal best practices
  • Join customer calls where you can add value
  • Track the commercial pulse of the region and proactively raise trends and insights to Deal Desk and GTM leadership

  • Review, validate, and process orders for accuracy, policy compliance, and booking readiness
  • Act as the first line of support for Salesforce and CPQ quoting, approvals, and opportunity hygiene
  • Manage and triage the regional Deal Ops ticket queue
  • Contribute to CRM and CPQ enhancements through requirements, UAT, and rollouts of new workflows or guardrails

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Deal Desk, Commercial or Sales Operations, or RevOps supporting deal construction
  • Experience with consumption or usage-based pricing
  • Pricing models and scenario analyses you built yourself and used in live deals
  • Experience with Salesforce and CPQ
  • Experience delivering field enablement and creating playbooks or process documentation
  • Clear, concise, and measured communication with AEs, executives, and cross-functional partners
  • Calm under pressure and able to say no while staying a trusted business partner
  • Comfortable working autonomously with a manager in another time zone
  • Uses AI tools to work more efficiently
