Description
Filevine is seeking a talented and experienced Director of Sales to lead one of its Mid Market sales teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within an assigned segment and region, focused on acquiring new customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a new team of highly motivated Account Executives
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets
- Providing management with detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Measuring, managing, and driving individual and team activities, pipeline generation, and goal attainment
- Coaching and mentoring each team member
- Ensuring team members develop, maintain, and execute effective territory plans
- Working collaboratively across functions
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team
- 4+ years of direct SaaS selling experience
- Experience with enablement, training, and mentoring new hires
- Ability to lead a team in aggressively sourcing and creating pipeline
- Experience using Salesforce, Domo, and Clari
- Experience with multi-stakeholder sales across various industries
- Knowledge of strategic selling, sales methodologies, and sales industry best practices
- High EQ and strong strategic planning skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
