Description
Boeing Defense Services (BDS) is seeking a Senior F-22 Modernization Project Management Specialist to join our cutting-edge F-22 Raptor Modernization Program Management Team located in Berkeley, Missouri.
You will lead the end-to-end execution of the RADAR software development program and future hardware upgrade path that keeps the F-22 at the forefront of defense technology. You will own the RADAR program across various stages of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, from concept through deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams through integration, testing, and delivery
- Driving innovation in avionics upgrades that enhance mission capabilities
- Overseeing Agile software development using JIRA
- Collaborating closely with Government and Suppliers to ensure Boeing brings best value to the warfighter
- Influencing the future of the F-22 Modernization portfolio
Requirements:
- Proven project management professional with hands-on experience supporting or managing technical programs
- Skilled at navigating complex, multi-faceted projects involving both hardware and software components
- Adept at Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional teams and excels at stakeholder communication

Salary range: $118,150 - $159,850
