Description
Join the Engineering team in Poland as a Strategic Operations Partner. You will serve as a strategic operations partner to Engineering leaders, enabling directors, managers, and teams to focus on delivery while strengthening site performance, alignment, and transparency.
Your Impact Lead planning and leadership rhythms, translating executive goals into site priorities, tracking decisions and organizational health, and surfacing risks. Partner with Finance, Talent Acquisition, People, and Engineering leaders to manage workforce capacity, budgets, and site programs with sound governance and discretion.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, technical program management, or engineering operations within a software, technology, or technical organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering operations, including operational planning, workforce capacity planning, organizational metrics/KPI tracking, or budget management.
- Professional experience working within or supporting a technology R&D site, Center of Excellence (CoE), or global delivery hub in Poland.
- Hands-on experience operating in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, Agile SDLC, or platform engineering environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA.
- Prior experience leading site or business operations in an engineering organization, including post-acquisition integration or operating model change.
- Program, project management, or Agile framework certification.
- Experience with Workday, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or business intelligence dashboards; executive communication and cross-functional influence.
