Future railways are being built today – and at WSP Railway, we're leading the way. As a multidisciplinary project leader, you'll work independently to drive our projects from start to finish, with the customer at the centre. You'll be comfortable leading others, developing your colleagues and the business. Collaboration is the foundation of everything we do, so you must be communicative and able to get different groups working towards the same goal.
We currently have projects such as Hallsberg-Stenkumla, Norrbotniabanan, Mälarbanan, Maria-Helsingborg, Fyra Spår Uppsala, Uppsala Spårväg, Malmbanan, Sävenäs, Laxå and Ostlänken. We're involved in all stages of the railway process, from early planning stages to inspection of finished installations and advisory services for maintenance.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in project leadership roles within infrastructure and the railway industry. You should have worked on large, complex projects and have an understanding of design and the associated process. You should also have documented project management training or certification, and good knowledge of ABK, AB/ABT and AMA.
As our daily contact with customers takes place in Swedish, it's essential that you have very good skills in Swedish, both in speech and writing. Since we collaborate internationally within WSP, it's also important that you can express yourself well in English, both in speech and writing.
