Description
We are seeking a Performance and Quality Officer to join the London Regional Performance and Quality Team. The successful candidate will work closely with allocated PDUs, supporting operational colleagues, frontline managers and senior leaders to understand performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop practical solutions that strengthen delivery.
The role involves:
- Analysing performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Supporting improvement plans and developing new initiatives
- Working with operational colleagues to implement performance plans and monitor their effectiveness
- Sharing best practice and promoting performance initiatives
- Providing guidance for delivery of effective practices across LDU clusters
- Implementing systems for reviewing and assessing effective practice within LDU clusters
- Contributing to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for turning data into action and driving improvement
- Experience of analysing performance data and identifying areas for improvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues
