Description
We are seeking a Contracts and Social Value Officer to manage and monitor key landlord service contracts, build strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders, lead on performance monitoring and contract improvement, support procurement and re-tendering activities, and deliver social value outcomes that benefit local communities.
The successful candidate will have contract management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving services and creating opportunities for residents.
