Description
Samsara is looking for an Enterprise Implementation Consultant with German fluency to join their Customer Success team. The consultant will work with top customers to deploy Samsara's solution, manage the customer relationship, and define and deliver a project plan to achieve the customer's goals.
The role requires 4+ years of experience in a senior implementation consultant, project manager, or management consulting role, with enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred. The ideal candidate also has German fluency, experience using AI or automation in CS workflows, and experience creating implementation methodologies and/or frameworks.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers
- Owning the project management, including project plans, RAID logs, and governance meetings
- Leading solution workshops to develop L1 processes for each business process
- Guiding customers through change management processes
- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology
