As a Human Resources Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that champions change, proactively removes roadblocks, and builds diverse and inclusive talent strategies to deliver on the company's guest-centric mission.
The role involves creating a welcoming experience for guests, observing and understanding their needs, and engaging with them in a genuine way. You will also work with HR leaders to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, execute intentional recruiting efforts, support training needs, and be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
