Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Working with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs
- Leading focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates
- Supporting team member and leader training needs and advocating for continuous learning
- Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Delivering on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- The ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Effective communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and with a team
- The ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi-step processes
- The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes

Schedule: Flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and other peak shopping times).
Physical demands: Frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds, without additional assistance from others. Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties.
