As a Human Resources Expert, your typical day will include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience, supporting team efforts, and assisting peers in other areas. You will also work with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs, lead focused recruiting efforts, and support team member and leader training needs.
The role requires a welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. You will need to be able to resolve guest questions quickly, have attention to detail, and be capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
In terms of physical demands, the role requires frequent lifting or moving of merchandise up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds. You will also need to be able to work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements.
The starting hourly rate is $17.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.75 USD - $26.65 USD per hour.
