You will work closely with customer service to meet customer demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Controlling inventory and monitoring shipments to reduce the risk of loss and damage
- Coordinating workforce distribution, monitoring driver attendance and performance, providing training and guidance, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary
- Performing other related tasks as assigned by the company from time to time
