Description
We are seeking a Learning Experience Leader to join our team at TaskUs. As a Learning Experience Leader, you will create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment. Your primary focus will be designing and expanding training and development programs to ensure that Foundation Skills Training is aligned with Product Specific Training methodologies and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and delivering end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams
- Designing and delivering preparatory training that covers basic skill requirements
- Motivating trainees through effective training and project management
- Continuously improving training programs and learning opportunities across the organization
- Amending and revising programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Acting as a content expert and maintaining relevant training documents and materials
- Monitoring and reviewing trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Ensuring statutory training requirements are met
- Researching new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting findings
