Description
As a Senior Quant Specialist at LSEG, you will provide specialised customer service support to analysts, researchers, data scientists, developers, and various users at corporate and institutional accounts. Your role involves working independently to solve sophisticated client queries, building and managing relationships with existing clients, and improving the customer experience by advocating for and testing new product features.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation and advising on content and product capabilities to clients
- Work independently to solve complex client queries and resolve issues
- Build and manage relationships with existing clients through training, client meetings, and implementation support
- Improve the customer experience by advocating for and testing new product features
- Meet with Sales and prospective customers to gather product and integration requirements
Requirements:
- Recommended degree in Finance, Business, Information Science, Computer Science, or Economics
- Significant experience in a client-facing role in a relevant financial or data modelling industry
- Advanced understanding of the business area, customer profile, and products supported
- Ability to travel (less than 5%)
