Description
iCapital is seeking a Client Delivery Specialist Associate to join the Automation team within the Data Solution department. This role ensures a seamless flow of financial data for iCapital's clients and internal teams, supporting business-critical processes such as portfolio management system conversions and performance reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead data conversion projects, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data between portfolio management systems.
- Integrate historical financial data by converting complex and unstructured data files into structured formats.
- Provide support for automated data feeds, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless transformation of daily financial transactions.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client-facing teams, providing timely and accurate information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, statistics, mathematics, data science, or a similar field.
- 2-5+ years in the financial industry with a proven track record of financial product support, technical proficiency, and solid accounting knowledge.
- Expertise with Addepar and familiarity with other portfolio management systems.
- Strong background working with financial custodial data and proficiency supporting alternative financial instruments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and text file manipulation, with familiarity with JSON, XML, and unstructured-to-structured transformation.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, or other large data set software.
- Demonstrated history of automating data-related processes.
- Understanding of Salesforce, Monday.com, Jira, and GitLab.
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits:
- Base salary: $75,000 to $85,000.
- Compensation package includes salary, equity, and annual performance bonus.
