Description
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer (Enterprise) to join our team in Minato, Japan. As a Solutions Engineer, you will work with enterprise customers to design and implement solutions that meet their technical requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with customers and understand their challenges
- Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions using Cisco products and services
- Create proposal documents and presentations
- Conduct proof-of-concept demonstrations and testing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security engineering
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networks, security, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- English language proficiency (writing and reading)
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with manufacturing industry customers
- Knowledge of OT environments and factory networks
- Familiarity with Cisco products and solutions
- Business-level English language proficiency
- Programming skills
- CCIE or CISSP certification
