Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager is responsible for managing client engagements, ensuring customer success, and driving project delivery.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Manage client and internal project team activities toward successful project outcomes.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure quality deliverables within project scope and timeline.
• Manage stakeholder expectations aligned to project scope and contract objectives.
• Manage project financials and contract execution including forecasting resource requirements and contract change requests.
• Maintain reporting systems and support project communications.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in client engagement or project management.
• Skills:

+ Communication and Stakeholder Engagement + Deadline Management + End-to-End Project Management + Professional Collaboration + Reporting and Analysis + Multi-tasking and prioritization

• Certifications: Certified Engagement Manager (CEM) preferred.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.
