Description
As a Winkelmedewerker at Coolblue, you will help customers with personal advice on our products. You will challenge yourself as a salesperson to reach targets and take your sales skills to the next level. You will solve questions and problems so that every customer leaves the store with a smile. You will ensure that orders are correct and customers collect their purchases satisfied. Your hourly wage is between €14.80 and €16.68 gross per hour, which means a monthly salary of €2,562 to €2,891 based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience. You will receive a contract of 7 months with fixed hours and 29 vacation days per year. You will have opportunities for growth, such as becoming a Senior Winkelmedewerker or Team Leader. You will work in a fun team with the nicest salespeople in the Netherlands. Every year, you will compete with your store team for the title 'Best Coolblue store in the Netherlands'. Requirements:
- Available at least one weekend day per week.
- Fluent in Dutch, so you can help our customers as well as possible.
- You consider yourself a real Coolblue'er because our core values suit you perfectly.
- You can show a Certificate of Good Conduct (which we will reimburse). We also check all candidates in the FAD register.
