Description
PayPal seeks a Sr. Product Manager in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will own business outcomes and be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue targets around Financial Services products.
Responsibilities:
- Define OKRs and proactively measure KPIs to evaluate and understand product value
- Identify new opportunities based on research, industry trends, and best-in-class product management and innovation practices
- Build, launch, and maintain high-scale and successful software products
- Create and manage global product roadmap ensuring consistent execution of the product life cycle process from concept to launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment around product strategy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology, or a closely related field
- Three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
- Experience with the complete payment lifecycle, including acquiring, funding, and disbursements across various payment rails, networks, and schemes
- Experience in e-commerce merchant payments servicing, market research, and industry knowledge
- Experience in product management, including developing product roadmaps, writing product requirements documents, defining key performance metrics, and leading cross-functional teams

Salary: $130,500.00 - $221,500.00 per annum
