Description
Salesforce is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to execute the technical strategy for the Energy sector. The successful candidate will bridge business requirements and platform execution by managing the delivery of high-impact technical initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Align demo initiatives with product and industry roadmaps
- Build strong relationships across Product, Solutions, and Demo Tech
- Prioritize backlog items to align with team goals
- Translate technical details into business value for stakeholders
- Apply Salesforce capabilities to address industry-specific scenarios
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Product Ownership, Solution Engineering, or Product Management
- Deep knowledge of the Energy industry
- Salesforce Administrator certification (Required)
- Experience managing backlogs and executing sprints as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Comfort working in developer tools like GitHub
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives
- Specific experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
