Description
Ajax Systems is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to join their Business Development Department. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product for customers and company employees. You will also introduce product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors, as well as installers, and teach technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, and webinars on the product
- Introducing product roadmaps and new features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers
- Teaching technical staff at Ajax Systems distributors and dealers
- Promoting and introducing product solutions according to customer needs
- Providing technical consultation and support to key clients
- Conducting market research and comparative characteristics of products of competitors
- Developing long-term relationships with key partners
- Testing product features, writing technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborating with the rest of the team
- Analyzing customer needs in collaboration with the sales department
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in IT or Engineering
- 2 or more years of professional experience in Alarm Systems, video surveillance, and security
- Excellent working knowledge of Analogue and IP CCTV and Access Control Systems
- Experience in installing/designing video surveillance systems, fire alarms, or other security systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
