Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in the APAC region. As a key partner to regional leadership, you will help build the organization, leadership capability, and people practices needed to scale the region effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the APAC regional leadership team to embed people priorities into business planning, workforce decisions, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to ensure the region is structured and staffed for launches, operations, and continued expansion.
- Lead organizational design and team-shape decisions for the region, helping leaders make sound choices on structure, manager set-up, capability needs, and scaling priorities.
- Ensure the region has the necessary HR tools, policies, processes, and specialist support to operate effectively.
- Coach leaders on performance, talent reviews, succession, employee relations, and complex people decisions.
- Identify organizational and people risks early, using data and business insight to drive practical action.
- Travel regularly across the APAC region to stay close to the business.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology or infrastructure organizations.
- Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Strong leadership coaching skills across performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and organizational change.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to translate business priorities into practical people solutions.
- Experience using people data and insights to identify risks and drive informed business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
