The Corporate Strategy team at Adobe works closely with top executives and business units to ensure the company's fast growth trajectory. As a Corporate Strategy Manager, you will join a highly entrepreneurial team and manage project teams to drive Adobe's long-term growth. You will be responsible for:
- Leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility
- Building an outside-in perspective on market opportunities and driving clear implications and recommendations
- Breaking down complex problems into discrete elements
- Influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders to take action
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience leading teams and commitment to coaching/mentoring
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven track record of leading transformational change, intellectual curiosity, and a deep interest in the technology landscape. The expected pay range for this position is $111,200 - $211,850 annually.
