We are building an elite team at Robinhood, applying frontier technologies to solve the world's biggest financial problems. As a PeopleX Transformation Manager, you will be at the center of PeopleX's AI agenda, coordinating the AI roadmap, leading the AI Front Door for PeopleX Operations, and designing AI solutions to transform HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of the PX AI roadmap across People teams, prioritizing use cases by impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Own the AI Front Door for PX Operations, enabling employees, managers, and contractors to get answers and complete HR transactions.
• Design and build AI agents, automated workflows, and hands-on knowledge solutions across Workday, ServiceNow, and the broader PX tech stack.
• Partner with People Systems and Enterprise Technology to define requirements and deliver solutions at scale.
• Reimagine HR Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, redesigning before automating.
• Set the standard for responsible AI in PX Operations, balancing speed with regulatory controls.
• Define success metrics and report measurable impact on efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
• Build AI fluency within PX Operations, partnering with L&D.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR technology, or People transformation.
• Deep understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record designing, building, and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong technical acumen across prompt engineering, workflow design, and low-code/no-code automation.
• Ability to lead across senior stakeholders, technical partners, and competing priorities.
• Sound judgment on data privacy, governance, and responsible AI.
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow (HRSD) strongly preferred; Greenhouse a plus!

Salary Range

The expected base pay range for this role is:

• Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $140,000-$165,000 USD
• Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $123,000-$145,000 USD
• Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $110,000-$129,000 USD
