Description
We are looking for a Head - Advisory to lead and spearhead the development of our Advisory Global Capability Centre (GCC) team in India.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in establishing, growing, and leading an offshoring centre for a major organisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a GCC strategy aligned with the UK strategy
- Lead the GCC team to deliver high-performance outcomes
- Build centres of excellence and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with global and regional leaders to ensure alignment of priorities
- Drive growth, enhance utilisation, and expand the GCC's strategic value
Requirements:
- Relevant academic qualifications, including a Postgraduate or Honours Degree
- Minimum 15 years' experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or leadership roles
- Proven record of delivering strategic and operational outcomes across complex organisations
- Experience in leading large, distributed teams
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
