Description
This Senior Recruiter role develops and executes strategic recruiting plans to attract top talent. You will partner with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs, create job descriptions, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection and offer process. You will also manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers, develop recruiting metrics, and may supervise junior recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and business unit leaders to understand hiring requirements and provide consultative expertise in recruitment
- Lead and develop recruiting strategies and manage end-to-end hiring activities
- Oversee candidates in the talent pipeline and develop an outstanding candidate experience
- Advise and influence leaders on Talent Acquisition strategy and talent pipeline
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with peers and internal partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in full-life cycle talent acquisition in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Comfortable with multitasking, project management, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Experience handling sensitive/confidential information
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- High level of comfort with direct sourcing
