At Morgan & Morgan, we're a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting people's rights against insurance companies, large corporations, and defective goods. We're seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to oversee the operation of our HRIS system, UKG.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and modify software and hardware requirements based on changing business needs
- Maintain internal database files and tables, and develop custom reports for company managers and staff
- Provide training to users and identify areas for process improvement with UKG
- Process employee data, produce HR-related reports, and ensure compliance with local and national regulations
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in UKG, performing regular audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Run and distribute standard and ad hoc reports, and build and maintain dashboards to support HR and business operations
- Oversee the daily operation and improvement of UKG, manage integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems, and collaborate with IT on connections to Active Directory and other business systems
Requirements and skills:
- Previous UKG experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with HR database administration
- Analytical skills
- BA/BS with 5 years of experience in a related area
