Description
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead marketing engagements for key clients and partners in Thailand. As a Marketing Manager at Visa, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing client marketing activities in the market.
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the finance/payment industry, FMCG, telecommunications, or digital agency. You will dual report to the Head of Marketing Services (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) and Head of Marketing Thailand and be part of the Country Team to accelerate business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and rolling out client marketing strategies, plans, and initiatives
- Engaging with client executives and team leads to understand their plans and proposing marketing support
- Fostering and sustaining client relationships to generate new revenue streams
- Identifying client requirements and developing custom plans
- Working with local country cross-functional teams and the AP client marketing team to support marketing engagement
- Overseeing administrative deliverables related to client marketing project management

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- Excellent performance and strategic marketing experience in Marketing management (Minimum 8 years of experience)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in B2B/B2B2C Marketing (agency or client)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Proven record in interacting and managing client stakeholders
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
