The Floor Manager is responsible for maintaining the food and beverage operation at Soho House's White City location. The ideal candidate will manage a floor team to deliver a successful and efficient service while upholding Soho House service standards.
Key duties include:
- Driving exceptional service standards
- Leading engaging training sessions
- Collaborating across departments
- Supporting recruitment efforts
- Overseeing daily operations
- Creating efficient staff rotas
- Upholding standards of appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism
The role requires:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar capacity
