We're seeking a Customer Team Member to join our team at Co-op, playing a vital role in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.
As a Customer Team Member, you'll work collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth operation of the store. Your tasks will include:
- Providing friendly and helpful service to customers
- Maintaining store performance by restocking shelves, checking prices, and ensuring stock accuracy
- Promoting Co-op membership and supporting the local community
- Contributing to daily operations and creating a great shopping experience

The role involves working 12 hours per week, with a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including at least two closing shifts and one weekend shift. The hourly pay rate is £13.04.
