Meet the Team
Cisco's Customer Experience (CX) Professional Services team is a group of professionals who design, implement, and optimise cutting-edge networks for critical Japanese social infrastructure (such as power, rail, and telecommunications operators).
They go beyond simply implementing products and solutions, using their technical expertise to achieve mission-critical social infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation. The team consists of architects with advanced technical skills and passion, who share knowledge and work together as one team on challenging projects in an open and collaborative culture.

- Lead Delivery & Execute: As a project leader (PL/PM), you will manage progress and issues, and lead hands-on implementation and troubleshooting as a technical player.
- Automate & Innovate: Looking ahead to future automation and operational advancements, you will propose and implement Cisco NSO and CNC automation solutions to improve customer operations.
- Build Trusted Relationships: You will work closely with customers' technical leaders and stakeholders to contribute to project success and maximise customer value as a trusted technical advisor.
