Description
We are seeking a Vice President to lead the Volatility PC team in Hong Kong, supporting the top Equity franchise in APAC.
As a Vice President in the Equities Product Controller team, you will report to the APAC Equities Product Controller Regional Head and oversee the Volatility business across 13 markets in APAC.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing daily P&L and risk reporting, balance sheet procedures, and month-end processes
- Collaborating with senior management to achieve departmental objectives
- Developing and coaching team members to ensure robust controls and process improvements
- Interacting with stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Market Risk, and other key functions
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Product Control or Valuation Control
- Previous P&L or risk experience
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
