Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Belfast Abbey Centre, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.
Job Details:
- Work Pattern: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (20:00-00:00), Saturday (19:00-23:00)
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
- Under 18 disclaimer: This job role involves working late nights, so we can't consider applications from anyone under the age of 18.
- Salary: £3.00 p/h unsocial premium added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver remarkable service to make sure customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
- Utilise our digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other.
- Adapt to working across various areas of the store.

- Digitally confident with ability to use digital tools.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
