Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Red Bull, working closely with SPAR in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing commercial strategies, developing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the SPAR network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with Red Bull's national sales objectives and SPAR's business priorities.
- Translate commercial strategies into effective in-market execution, working with regional teams, distribution centres, franchise groups, and store owners.
- Identify and leverage opportunities through localized regional plans and franchise group partnerships to strengthen Red Bull's presence.
- Collaborate with SPAR stakeholders to develop joint business plans that align customer and Red Bull objectives.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities, innovative promotional mechanics, and customer initiatives that strengthen Red Bull's competitive position.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager.
- Proven track record of managing and controlling budgets.
- Cross-functional experience in Trade Marketing/Consumer Marketing/Field Sales is beneficial.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- University degree, preferably in Economics/Business Administration.
- Fluency in English (verbal & written).
