Service Assistant / Service Consultant in Representation (full-time)
As a Service Assistant / Service Consultant in Representation, you will carry out demand-driven planning of service appointments and customer mobility. You will prepare appointments, maintain customer data, check vehicle documents, handle insurance matters, prepare and explain service invoices, manage cash transactions, and represent the Service Consultancy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out demand-driven planning of service appointments and customer mobility
- Preparing appointments
- Maintaining customer data and checking vehicle documents
- Handling insurance matters
- Preparing and explaining service invoices
- Managing cash transactions
- Representing the Service Consultancy:
- Adhering to the Porsche Service Core Process (appointment scheduling, preparation, vehicle acceptance, steering repair/service into the workshop, quality control, vehicle return, follow-up of appointments)
- Conducting direct acceptance and informing customers about work to be carried out on the vehicle
- Invoicing service orders and explaining invoices
- Actively selling service services, parts, and accessories
- Nurturing customer relationships
Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial
- Good organisational skills and negotiation skills, as well as very good communication skills
- Pronounced customer orientation, high teamwork capability, and flexibility
- Experience in dealing with Cross is beneficial
- Class B driving licence
