Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Off Premise Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of trade marketing projects, developing deep energy category and shopper understanding, and building strong data and insight foundations.
Responsibilities
- Trade Marketing: Support and deliver Off-Premise Trade Marketing projects, develop point-of-sale tools and materials, and manage campaign briefs.
- Category Management: Analyse multiple data sources to build category and shopper insight, support planogram development, and help build insight one-pagers.
- Insights: Support master data management, build and refresh internal dashboards, and distill shopper and category insight into actions for Key Account Managers.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Hands-on mentality and ability to work independently
- Entrepreneurial experience
- Retailer/sales experience desirable
- Excel/PPT literacy
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
- Commercial or marketing degree, or a related qualification (recent graduate)
- Strong presentation skills and concept sell techniques
