Description
We are seeking a Business Transformation Specialist, VP to lead and govern changes across all squads of platform services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the changes and fixes for the Finacle core application, ensuring the stability of the application, and coordinating with satellite systems and interfaces.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and governing changes across all squads of platform services
- Leading changes and fixes for the Finacle core application
- Ensuring the stability of the application by conducting root cause analysis for every incident
- Coordinating with satellite systems and interfaces for all changes and requirements
- Supporting and implementing new products as required by the business
- Working closely with Infosys teams to identify and close product gaps
- Collaborating with Technology teams for technical upgrades and implementation
- Implementing and closing SII and audit observations
- Presenting periodic MIS to senior management
- Monitoring results against key objectives
- Application ownership for all parameters, activities, DR, and supporting internal and external audits
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile) preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of extensive and proven experience in leading business analysis, process improvement, complex change management, or senior consulting roles within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated thought leadership and extensive experience in spearheading and delivering multiple large-scale, complex business transformation programs or portfolios
- Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments
- Experience working across divisions and infrastructure functions, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to represent resilience topics at executive and board-level forums
- People management skills, including performance management, career development, and training plans for team members
- Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
- Business-fluent German (written and spoken) is a plus
