Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehabilitation in West Bloomfield, Michigan.

As a Physical Therapist with Team Rehabilitation, you will provide excellent healthcare for our patients, helping them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility. Your goal will be to achieve good outcomes and ensure patients are happy with their experience of physical therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to help them recover from injury, manage pain, and restore mobility
• Create measurable, functional goals and adjust plans of care as patients progress
• Educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury
• Supervise and guide Techs during patient care setup and cleanup
• Use evidence-based pain management techniques to improve function
• Determine discharge timelines and provide patients with strategies for long-term success
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, with a target of 60 treatments in a 40-hour workweek
• Participate in clinic research projects and protocol development
• Stay current on best practices through in-house CEUs and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
