Description
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team at PT Solutions in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Physical Therapist with us, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehab cases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Salary: $85,000-$100,000 USD/year (based on experience and market factors)
- Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
- Sign-On Bonus available

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
