Product Management at Capital One involves reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. The Payments platform is key to powering Capital One’s current and future financial products.
As a Manager, Product Management, you will partner closely with new systems to ensure that Payments are fully functional and integrated, while also strategizing and delivering on new capabilities such as Real-Time posting and clearing. You will work with Platform Engineers, Architects, and Business Analysts to discover, refine, and deliver a roadmap that drives measurable business and customer value.

The basic qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
The salary ranges for this role are:
- McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
- Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000
This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
