Senior Manager, Product Management - AI/ML Personalization

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager to drive the next wave of omnichannel personalization at Capital One. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead an enterprise-wide strategy to deliver seamless, personalized messaging across unauthenticated sites, push notifications, and SMS - transforming how millions of customers experience our brand at every single touchpoint.

Working with data scientists and ML engineering, you will drive the roadmap for state of the art AI/ML driven personalization models, with outsized business outcomes for Capital One.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
• A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location:

• Chicago, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
• San Francisco, CA: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
