Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, offering various services such as food delivery, financial management, and transportation.
The Singapore Transport team oversees and grows the Singapore Mobility business, including formulating and building on strategy around demand, supply, pricing, and marketplace.
You will report to the Manager, Fulfilment & Demand, and work on projects involving creative analysis using large datasets and deriving insights to create solutions.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Use strategic and analytics toolkits to deliver data-driven business insights and recommendations.
- Perform analysis of marketplace issues to improve goals such as revenue and profit growth, and service health.
- Work in a team to solve business-critical issues through rigorous analysis and big picture thinking.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple functionalities to implement strategic projects.
- Run A/B testing to refine and determine best projects to launch.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in a university or graduate programme majoring in Economics, Statistics, Business, Information Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Problem-solving and can-do attitude.
- Willing to learn quickly and understand the root cause of problems.
- Willingness to pick up SQL (Python is a bonus).
