We are seeking a part-time Commis de salle (F/H/X) to join our team at the Mercure Paris Boulogne hotel, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, near Paris.
The hotel features 191 rooms and 73 apartments, managed under the Accor brand. Our ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and customer service, with a dynamic and ambitious approach.
As a Commis de salle, you will:
- Welcome guests warmly and personally
- Ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Maintain cleanliness of your workspace and common areas
- Prepare for the next day
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and waste
- Knowledge of HACCP standards is an asset
