Description
We are seeking a Creative, Experiments to help develop and make original work for the Experiments program at OpenAI. The Experiments team works at the frontier of intelligence, creating campaigns, launches, films, brand systems, and innovative projects that showcase the possibilities of artificial intelligence.
As a Creative, Experiments, you will contribute to a distinctive body of work with frontier models, finding ideas that connect new capabilities with human curiosity, humor, and everyday life. You will work closely with the Experiments Team, exploring new possibilities for Research Design, and collaborate with creative and technical partners to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the Experiments program's slate of ideas, owning individual projects from initial exploration through public release
- Develop original concepts that use frontier models to make work with humor, emotional depth, optimism, and meaningful impact
- Prototype early and often, working hands-on and with creative technologists to test interactions and refine ideas
- Collaborate across design, storytelling, engineering, and production to create digital and physical experiences with strong craft and a clear point of view
Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Portfolio of original experiments, experiences, or creative projects that showcases your role in developing ideas and collaborating across disciplines
- Ability to combine conceptual thinking, experience design, and storytelling with curiosity about technology and a strong sense of humor, culture, and human behavior
- Resourcefulness in exploring frontier models and emerging tools through practical experimentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work with internal teams and external makers
