Description
As a Fulfillment Warehouse Team Lead at Ninja Mart in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse assistants, and ensure operational targets are met effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising daily warehouse activities, ensuring SOPs and safety regulations are followed, managing staff tasks, and addressing operational issues.
- Controlling inventory and accuracy: maintaining accurate stock records, conducting stock counts, monitoring FIFO/FEFO, and resolving stock discrepancies with relevant teams.
- Leading and training Warehouse Assistants, guiding staff during work, monitoring daily performance, and supporting new staff.
- Ensuring outbound orders are shipped accurately and on time, coordinating shipping processes, improving operations, and providing brief reports.
